Little Claus is on his way

Little Claus thought that he was paid well for his horse which he was meaning to sell for less another place.Little Claus wanted to show off all his money but he did not want Great Claus to know exactly how he got it . he then sent a little boy to Great Claus to show him some of the money he got . Little Claus then sent for Great Claus and played a trick on him by telling him that he sold his money and it was well paid .So Great Claus ran home and killed all his horses to sell in the next town but the thing is that Little Claus played a well done trick to get so much money that is the thing that Great Claus did not know at all.

A lovely night for Little Claus.

When Little Claus was in the house at the table with a dish of porridge right in front of him , he could not stop thinking about all the good food that was hidden around. He played a trick on the farmer's wife and he was very successful doing that. then the farmer said he wanted to buy what was in the sack so Little Claus sold it for a lot of money and first thing in the morning he went off with the money and a chest of draw from the house in which the sexton was in.Little Claus played another trick this time on the sexton ( the word I still do not know and I am going to find out).He acted like he was throwing the chest into a stream or a river,then the sexton begged little Claus to let him go and he will give him alot of money and Little Claus agreed and let him out.

I think that when Little Claus was one the roof when the farmer was coming . The famer spotted Little Claus and told him to come down. I then thought that Little Claus told him how he got lost and that he was looking for a place to rest his head for a night.I also think that the farmer siad yes to him and they went inside to have something to eat for dinner.

Little Claus's travel

I think that Little Claus had to walk for a very long time then he probably lost his way in the dark . I also think that he saw a home and and the light was on so he went to see if he could at least sleep there for the night . I think that the lady and the sexton in the house will not admit a stranger as the sexton said. I really don't know the meaning of a sexton but next time I blog I will be prepared to write the defenition.
I then read that Little Claus saw a haystack and by the hay was a tiny shed Little Claus looked at the roof and saw that it was a thatched roof. he went up and lay there for the night.

I think it is very unfortunate that Big Claus killed Little Claus's one horse. I also think that Little Claus then felt heartbroken about what had happened to his horse. I think that Little Claus will have to look for a another horse to help

I think the story is about two men so, Claus was a name of a person. I think one of them was small and the other was big in size or age. Big Claus has four horses and Little Claus has only one.
